Fishing Success

Our students hail from different villages in the YK region.  Most are brought up in a subsistence lifestyle, to fish and hunt to provide food for families and relatives.  They brought to our campus their invaluable knowledge and experience.  We do not know how long the dorm had the fish hooks, but our students knew how to repair them. As a result, our fishing expeditions this semester is a great success compared to the previous years where, in two to three year’s time, no one had caught any except for one.
